C1: Performance Excellence Academy: Growing Momentum
Program Overview
The Performance Excellence Academy™ is a yearlong program designed to bring innovative training to your employees and keep them performing at optimal levels. Utilizing a combination of the other education programs, the Academy provides you with inspirational and informative education for an entire year to maintain employee commitment and maximize performance.
Employees will be allowed to choose their programs, and receive training in the areas that are most meaningful to them.
