This proprietary diagnostic tool will provide you with more accurate insight regarding what is holding your employees back from reaching their full performance potential. Pre-session, we will conduct this web-based study to provide in-depth insight and guidance to all the participants.
Education Program Reinforcement - eLearning:
To better reinforce the material, we will create a series of 15-30 minute education sessions for your employees and make them available on an internal web portal. Each of these sessions will reinforce key elements covered in the education program, to maintain momentum and to ensure participants continue to practice what they learned. Each education reinforcement session will consist of customized slides and a recorded message.

Logistics: Participants will be provided with a workbook and a certificate of completion. Customized exercises are available upon request. Creative exercises are available upon request. Employees may submit their specific challenges in advance for additional customization.
