Program Overview
Deliver excellence or nothing is the mantra of today’s customer. Customers expect the best. How do you motivate and inspire employees to meet the lofty expectations of their customers? This program explores the definition of excellence and the methods for elevating employee performance in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
Participants will be challenged to redefine their definition of excellence and then redefine excellence in the context of their daily routines and regimens. Through a combination of aptitude tests and group exercises, participants will learn how to take steps to elevate their daily performance.
