How do we identify and validate new experience ideas?
Through a proprietary method, we work with customers to assist in generating and validating new ideas to rejuvenate your customer experience. Although traditionally, customers were not the best source of ideas, our approach allows us to maximize innovative thinking with customers while validating both the ideas and their financial value.
Through these structured focus groups or interviews we gain further qualitative insight into customers’ motivations and deeper emotional needs. These insights help inspire and validate innovative approaches to Customer Experience ideas.
